宜红茶业股份有限公司系湖北省茶业集团股份有限公司旗下企业，是集茶叶种植研发、基地建设、生产加工、贸易销售与茶文化推广为一体的股份制公司。公司成立于2012年，是由计划经济时期湖北唯一的省级茶业公司——湖北省茶麻总公司改制发展而来，历史上是中国三大出口红茶之一的湖北“宜红”红茶和优质绿茶的主销渠道。公司是中华全国供销合作总社重点龙头企业、湖北省农业产业化重点龙头企业。
